Working Principle & Operation
Pre-start: Ensure sufficient water in water-gas separator and vacuum pump; install a 1.5m connecting pipe for mud inlet (insert below mud surface). Operation: Vacuum pump starts automatically within 10–20 seconds after power-on; mud is sucked into the tank by negative pressure; impeller rotates at high speed to break bubbles by centrifugal force; gas is purified by water-gas separator and discharged.
