1. According to the structure

· Hook-strip screen (including soft hook-strip and hard hook-strip)

2. API Separation Point.The performance of shaker screen is standardized according to API RP 13C.

3.API separation point: the largest particle size (in μm) that the screen can separate.

4.Purpose of testing: ensures precise separation performance, minimizes drilling fluid loss, and reduces drilling costs.

5.Note: screens with the same mesh may produce different API test results depending on the manufacturer.

For example:API 40 means the mesh is 40.The largest particles which can separate is 40μm.
